Do you provide free, no-obligation estimates?
We do provide free, no-obligation estimates. Stair estimates can be done online if digital pictures of your staircase are sent to us. Kitchen and Built-In estimates require an in-home appointment with one of our teams, as kitchen estimates vary based upon cabinet selection, door sizes, and optional selections chosen.

How is Kitchen ReCrafting different
from regular refacing?
Our Kitchen ReCrafting product differs from refacing products because instead of using a tape veneer on the face frame of the cabinet, we use a custom-molded solid hardwood strip
on the face frame. The only place where tape veneer is used is on the interior face frame—and most refacing companies don’t even place a veneer there! A better quality product for a lower price—what’s not  to love?

Do you offer Kitchen Remodeling
services?
Yes we do, as well as cabinet replacement services. During your in-home appointment with our team members, we will advise you as to whether you should ReCraft, ReModel, or RePlace your cabinets.

How long does it take to install a job?
Most Stair ReCrafting installs take 1 to 2 days to complete, depending upon the stair type. Railing Replacements can be completed in the same time frame.

Kitchen ReCrafting installs take 2 to 5 days to complete, but at no time during the process are you left without a working kitchen.

Countertop Replacements take 1 day to install.

How long have you been in business?
Signature WoodCrafters’ parent company, Signature Companies has been in business for over 25 years. Signature Companies has been devoted to working with the building industry in new home construction during these years, but launched WoodCrafters in January with the desire to offer our expertise and craftsmanship to the consumer-direct market.

Are you the manufacturer?
We are the manufacturer and installer, providing a one-stop shop for all of your kitchen, stair, rail, built-in, and countertop needs. We pride ourselves on our NHQ-Certification, which is the hallmark of quality turn-key installation practices. We were the second trade contractor in the Washington, DC Metro Area to be certified.

What are your showroom hours?
Our normal hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., but we will meet with clients by appointment at anytime in the evening or on weekends.

What locations do you serve?
We serve the entire Mid-Atlantic area, stretching from Fredericksburg, Virginia to Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. We have showrooms currently in Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Delaware.
